What the enquiry form collects

Your name, email address, message, selected service and any date or location you provide. Please include only information needed to discuss your appointment.

How it is used and stored

Your details are used to respond to your request, discuss availability and prepare a quote. Messages are stored in a private website database accessible to Yuka and the website administrator. A notification containing the enquiry may also be sent through Resend to Yuka’s configured inbox.

Service providers

The website host stores the website files and database. Resend processes email notifications, and the mailbox provider stores received emails. Following the Instagram link takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy practices.

Cookies and abuse prevention

The public website does not add analytics or advertising cookies. The editor uses a necessary session cookie for sign-in. The server uses short-lived request counters derived from network addresses to limit spam; the hosting provider may also keep security logs.

Retention and requests

Messages and related email may remain in the inbox and backups until removed by the website administrator. Archiving an enquiry does not delete it. You can contact Yuka to ask about your stored details, request a correction, or request deletion. Records needed for a booking or other applicable obligations may need to be retained.
